Amber manages CLTC's operations and provides important oversight for the organization's important functions and programs, including sales and development, graduate benefits and retention, classroom and online training, communications, and more.
She joined the organization in 2008 as Director of Graduate Benefits. Previously, she held marketing and human resource management positions in the building products industry.
Amber earned a BA in public relations and business management from the University of South Carolina.

Since 2004, Troy has been instrumental in helping CLTC build mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with national and regional financial services firms.
Troy's career began at Kanawha Insurance, where he was responsible for internal marketing support. He went on to become a field trainer for Bankers Life, then joined the staff of John Hancock in Charlotte as a long-term care sales manager. In addition to operating his consulting practice, he currently owns and manages two insurance agencies.
Troy holds a BS in Business from the University of South Carolina.
Client Relationship Manager
Melissa works with CLTC clients to ensure that Master Classes and other in-person training events are successful. She manages each class from start to finish, from promoting attendance to gathering student feedback. Over the years, she's built great relationships with dozens of insurance carriers and other financial services firms.
Melissa joined CLTC in 2006. Previously, she worked in the utility industry, where she was a customer service specialist. Her educational background is in communications, and she holds a BA from Wingate University in North Carolina.
