Long-Term Care Certification Renewal Requirements

Renewal of CLTC® Designation

After passing the CLTC exam, your designation is valid for one year after which you must pay an annual renewal fee. To maintain the CLTC designation you must also complete the CLTC renewal course or state mandated Long-Term care training every two years.
