OPT-OUT ELECTION

All CLTC designees are now covered by the CLTC Code of Professional Responsibility (Code). Your receipt of the Code presumes that you have read and understand the Code, and that you agree to the terms of the Code and the CLTC Pledge. If you do not agree to the terms of the Code you may elect to voluntarily opt-out and thereby Relinquish your CLTC designation including all rights to use the designation as described in the Code.

If you elect to opt-out and Relinquish your designation, please send a signed letter including your course reference # to:
