CODE & PLEDGE
The CLTC Board of Standards Inc. acknowledges its responsibility to hold accountable those producers, representatives and financial advisors that hold the CLTC Designation. As owner of the designation, the Board is responsible for enforcing the standards of the designation as well as, the conduct of CLTC designees who carry it. Through the CLTC Code of Professional Responsibility and CLTC Pledge, the Board has the authority to enforce standards and carry out disciplinary action against those who breach the tenets of the Code. The Board requires that all candidates for certification read the CODE and sign the Pledge before they are allowed to register for a course.
